The Archaeological Museum of Salamis is housed in the building of the former Kapodistrian Primary School, which the Municipality ceded to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The rich history of Salamis from the Prehistoric Age to the Early Christian period is reflected in the Museum’s display cases, where finds – primarily pottery and sculpture – from all over the island are on display.
